Once you’ve had a good chat with Lizzy about all the details of your booking, we will send you an email with your Lizzys Loonies Booking Form attached. Please double check all the details are correct and fill in any missing information before paying your deposit. Receipt of your deposit is taken as confirmation of the booking details held within your Lizzys Loonies Booking Form.
We take a 20% Deposit to confirm your booking. Your Booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit.
Once your deposit is received you will receive a confirmation email – your booking is now 100% confirmed.
Your final payment is due the week before the booking, once we receive your final payment we will send your final confirmation email.
You will receive a phone call a few days before your booking, from your entertainer. They will check through details with you such as date, time and address of event and confirm what time they will arrive at the venue.
We understand that things happen – If you need to change or cancel your booking please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
We will hold your deposit, while you arrange a new date or new details and will work with you to help as much as we can.
Yes. All Lizzy’s Loonies Entertainers are fully DBS (new CRB) checked with full Public Liability Insurance (PLI)

Lizzy’s Loonies Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Lizzy’s Loonies! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction
Lizzy’s Loonies is a children’s entertainment company offering a wide range of services. Our goal is to provide fun and memorable experiences for children and their families.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or phone.
2.2 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking fee is required to secure your booking. This deposit must be paid within before you receive your booking confirmation. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until your deposit is received.
2.3 Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 5 days before the event date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
2.4 Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
3.2 Company Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Lizzy’s Loonies needs to cancel your booking, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3.3 Force Majeure: Lizzy’s Loonies is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, illness, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund where applicable.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Supervision: All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during our events and activities.
4.2 Health Conditions: It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to inform Lizzy’s Loonies of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs of participating children at the time of booking.
4.3 Safety Measures: Lizzy’s Loonies follows strict health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all participants. However, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during our events.
5. Conduct and Behaviour
5.1 Respectful Behaviour: We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards our staff and other attendees. Disruptive or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the removal, of Lizzys Loonies staff or participants, from the event without refund. `
5.2 Damage to Property: Any damage to property or equipment caused by participants will be the financial responsibility of the parent or guardian.
6. Photography and Media
6.1 Consent: By attending our events, you consent to Lizzy’s Loonies taking photographs and videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
6.2 Usage: Photographs and videos may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials. No personal information will be shared without explicit consent.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 Data Protection: Lizzy’s Loonies is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the personal information you provide to process your booking and provide our services.
7.2 Third Parties: We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Liability
8.1 Limitation of Liability: Lizzy’s Loonies’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8.2 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Lizzy’s Loonies harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms and conditions.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Lizzy’s Loonies reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing and will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
